I was a bit sceptical about the idea of a distant reiki as I haven't heard of it before but I honestly enjoyed having the guided session. I was still able to relax and release as much tension as I could, Teletha's voice was realling soothing and powerful! I was so much more regulated withing the first 24 hours. About 2-3 days after I had a major melt down, fell ill and was in bed for a few days which meant I had no choice but to stop my normal day to day tasks. Spiritually I was so at peace with resting, normally I find it hard to relax even if I'm ill.

It was very calming and felt at peace. My Reiki practitioner was very calm and I felt she was incontrol and knew what she was doing. I saw white and the colour purple or vilolet. I did feel I receive what I needed at that moment.

A very relaxing and calming experience, that allowed me to see clearly what it is that I want out of life and where my worries and concerns were regarding that.
